Asian-Inspired Tempeh Steak


Preheat the BBQ to medium-high heat. Clean and oil the grill.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the tempeh. Set aside.
Cut the tempeh block in half widthwise and then in half again thickness-wise to get 4 tempeh slices.

Brush the tempeh slices with half of the Asian sauce.
Grill for 2 minutes on each side.
Serve with the remaining Asian sauce.

Refrigerate: Up to 5 days
Freeze: 3 months
