Hawaiian tempeh skewers

Cut each tempeh cube in half. Place in an airtight container with the BBQ sauce.
Mix to coat and marinate for 24 hours.

Prepare the skewers alternating with tempeh cubes, diced pineapple and peppers.
Heat the BBQ to 425° F (220°C) then oil your grill (using cooking spray).

Cook the skewers for about 10 minutes or until the tempeh is golden brown, turning them
every 2-3 minutes and brushing them several times during cooking with the remaining
BBQ sauce.
