Honey and garlic tempeh sticks

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 440g plain tempeh, cut into sticks
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup tamari sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
PREPARATION :
In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat and grill the tempeh sticks for 2 minutes, turning constantly.
Add all the other ingredients and cook for a further 2 minutes. Serve over rice.
Vegan version: replace the honey with maple syrup.
