Ingredients
- 340g ground tempeh
- 2 jars (640ml) pasta sauce of your choice
- 1 onion, chopped
- ½ green bell pepper, diced
- ½ red bell pepper, diced
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 2 tbsp. paprika
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp. dried coriander
- 1 tsp. basil, chopped
- 500ml (2 cups) vegetable broth of your choice
- Add salt and pepper, if needed
