Tandoori Tempeh Skewers


Preheat the BBQ to medium-high heat. Clean and oil the grill.

In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients. Reserve half of the preparation for serving.

Assemble the skewers by alternating tempeh cubes and vegetable pieces.

Grill on the BBQ for 2 minutes on each side, generously brushing with half of the tandoori sauce.

Serve with the remaining sauce when enjoying.

Refrigerate: 5 days

Freeze: not recommended
