- 2 packs of TEMPEHINE Caribbean-flavored tempeh cubes
- 1 yellow onion, cut into skewer-sized cubes
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into skewer-sized cubes
- 8 skewer sticks

- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons tandoori curry paste (or more to taste)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
