Tempeh brown sauce and its baked stuffing

Preheat the oven to 375F.

In a large bowl, combine all the stuffing ingredients and place in a rectangular baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until the top of the stuffing is golden brown.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat and cook the cubes for 5 minutes or until browned on all sides.

Add the brown sauce and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring regularly to coat all the tempeh cubes.

Serve with mashed potatoes and peas for an almost traditional Christmas meal.
