Tempeh Gyros

PREPARATION :

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat and cook the tempeh sticks for 2 minutes, turning them regularly. Drizzle with lemon juice while cooking.

In the pita breads, spread tzatziki to taste, add a few slices of tomato, cucumber, onions, and the cooked tempeh. Roll tightly and enjoy.

Vegan version: Use a vegan tzatziki sauce.
