Tempeh One-Pan Meal

Place all ingredients, except for the tempeh and cheddar cheese, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with spices.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

Add the tempeh cubes and vegan cheese or cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes
