Tempeh parmigiana

Preheat the oven to broil.

Mix breadcrumbs and Italian spices. Place in a shallow dish.

Coat the VeggieBurgers with veganaise or mayonnaise.

Place the burgers in the breadcrumbs and coat well.

In an oven-proof skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and cook the burgers for 1 minute on each side or until golden brown.

Pour tomato sauce over the burgers and top with vegan cheese or regular cheese.

Place under the broiler for 2 minutes or until the vegan cheese or regular cheese is golden brown.
