Jasmine’s dip

A fresh dip of crumbled tempeh, green apple and fine herbs. Serve it cold with crackers, as a starter or an hors d'œuvre.

In a saucepan over medium-low heat, soften the onion, red pepper and celery in the oil for about 3 to 5 minutes, then add the apple and cook 2 minutes more.

Turn off the heat. Add the other ingredients (the tempeh, dill, parsley, pepper and vinegar) and mix well. Transfer everything to a salad bowl or another dish, let it cool for about 5 to 10 minutes, then add the mayonnaise and mix well.

Serve cold with crackers or chips.
