Grilled vegetable wrap with tempeh



– Preheat the oven to 450° F (230° C)

– In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the tortillas and the tempeh

– Place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, making sure to spread it out evenly

– Bake the vegetables for about 45 minutes, stirring them once or twice during cooking

– On a tortilla, place the grilled vegetables and the tempeh.

– Add the condiments and roll up the wrap (your way)

– Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
