Tacos ready in 15 minutes

Chop all your vegetables.

Heat a large, deep pan over medium heat with the olive oil.

Fry the vegetables for a few minutes and then add the rest of the ingredients, from frozen corn to maple syrup.

Break up the chopped tempeh with a wooden spoon.

Cook for 2 minutes, remove the pan from the heat.

Add part of the mixture in each taco, topping to taste.

You can use the remaining chopped tempeh to make burritos or chili.
