Tempeh Energy Balls

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, finely chop the tempeh and transfer to a large bowl.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well until fully combined.
  3. Adjust texture if needed:
    • Add more molasses if too dry
    • Add more oats if too wet
  4. Roll into balls using about 2 tbsp of mixture per ball.
  5. Refrigerate to firm up if desired and enjoy.
