Tempeh “Marry Me”

Instructions

  1. In a large non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic, oregano, paprika, chili flakes, and salt. Sauté for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  2. Add tomato paste, red wine vinegar, sun-dried tomatoes, and tempeh cubes. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour in vegetable broth, soy cream, nutritional yeast, and 1/4 cup basil. Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve over pasta and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
