- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 yellow onion, thinly chopped
- 2 stalks of celery, thinly chopped
- 1 red pepper, thinly chopped
- 340g TEMPEHINE TEX MEX ground tempeh
- 1 large can (680 ml) tomato sauce
- 1 can (540 ml) red beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 tbsp chili spices
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
