Grilled Tempeh Bruschetta


Preheat the BBQ to medium-high heat. Clean and oil the grill.
Brush the tempeh sticks with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill for 4 minutes, turning often.
Remove from the grill and cut into small cubes.
In a large bowl, mix all the bruschetta ingredients and serve on croutons.

Refrigerate: Up to 5 days
Freeze: Not recommended.
