Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms on the BBQ


Preheat the BBQ to medium-high heat. Clean and oil the grill.

Brush the mushrooms with olive oil and sprinkle steak spices.

Top with tempeh, green onions, and grated cheese.

Place on the grill and cook for 5 minutes or until the cheese is slightly melted.

Refrigerate: Up to 5 days
Freeze: Not recommended
