Tempeh bacon

Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients.
Place the tempeh slices on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and generously brush with the marinade.
Bake in the oven for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the tempeh is golden and crispy.
Note: The thinner the tempeh slices, the crispier they will be.

Refrigerate: Up to 5 days
Freeze: Not recommended
