- 1 320g pack of @tempehine smoked Caribbean “Tempburger”
- 1/3 cup vegetable stock
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Caesar sauce
- 150g silken tofu
- 1 tbsp. vegetable mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, coarsely chopped
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. capers
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt and black pepper
