Tempeh poutine

Ingredients
- 2 cups brown gravy
- 640g MONTREAL SPICES TEMPEHINE tempburgers, cut into sticks
- 2 cups barbecue chips, crumbled
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 200g cheese curds
Place the brown gravy in a small pot and heat gently.
Place the beaten eggs in a deep dish.
Place the chips crumbs in another deep dish.
Dip each tempeh stick into the beaten eggs and then into the barbecue chips crumbs.
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and cook the tempeh fries about 5 minutes or until golden brown on all sides. Add more oil if needed.
Place the tempeh fries in bowls, top with cheese curds and drizzle with hot brown gravy.
