Crispy Tempeh Patties with Spicy Mayo

Using a food processor, finely grind corn flakes into breadcrumbs.

Add smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and place in a shallow dish.

In another shallow dish, place either veganaise or beaten egg.

Dip each tempeh burger in veganaise or beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.

In a medium heat skillet, heat oil and cook the tempeh patties for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Meanwhile, for the dipping sauce, mix veganaise or mayonnaise with sriracha sauce, then serve with the patties.
